Every maintenance service procedure is carried out by competent and experienced specialists. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, the stock of parts, and the requirements of the schedule, service availability may change. 

Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates are based on the information available during the initial inspection of your vehicle.

Please note:

  • Estimates are provided in good faith but may change if additional issues are discovered.
  • Additional repairs will not be performed without customer approval whenever reasonably possible.
  • Parts and labor costs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Final invoices may differ from original estimates if additional repairs are required.

Appointments and Service Scheduling

In order to ensure timely assistance, we advise making appointments in advance.

While we work hard to finish repairs within the planned period of time: 

  • The timely completion of repairs is not confirmed.
  • Parts availability issues, complex diagnostics, or unexpected occurrences can all cause delays.
  • When necessary, we retain the right to rearrange appointments.
  • According to store availability, walk-in clients may be accepted. 

Customer Authorization

Customers give Perfect Auto Repair & Tires authorization to carry out the services that were agreed upon and install the parts needed for car repairs by accepting repair work.

Before work starts, customers have to assess costs and provide consent for repairs. 

Warranty and Parts Disclaimer

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the repair performed and the parts used.

Please note:

  • Manufacturer guarantees may only cover certain replacement parts.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, carelessness, poor maintenance, or anything else outside of our control is not covered by the warranty.

Vehicle Storage and Pickup

After being informed, customers will be expected to pick up finished cars within a reasonable period of time.

Vehicles maintained on the premises for extended periods of time without previous agreements may be subject to storage costs at Perfect Auto Repair & Tires. 

Limitation of Liability

Perfect Auto Repair & Tires shall not be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Failures of unrelated vehicle components after repairs are completed
  • Delays caused by parts suppliers or manufacturers
  • Loss of vehicle use during repairs
  • Additional damage resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance or repair advice

The value of the services provided will decide the level of our obligations. 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Authorize repairs before work begins
  • Make timely payment for completed services
  • Retrieve vehicles promptly after service completion
  • Follow recommended maintenance schedules

Availability of services and warranty coverage may be affected by disobedience with certain requirements.
